ICUK Technical Support in
action
ICUK provide the technical
support to the Help for Heroes charity. Help for Heroes has been highly
successful and has grown rapidly. It now has over 75 staff based in two
geographic centres, with multiple buildings in each site. ICUK provides support
for the desk tops which are a mixture of Macs and PCs, and supports the servers
which host the email systems, the web site, the web shop and the accounting
systems
