At Hands on Healing we are passionate about Reflexoloy.  Reflexoloy is based on the principle that thee are reflexpoints on he feet which are linked by energy pathways to corresponding parts of the body.  When a rflexologist works on the reflexes with their thumbs and fingers using specialist massage tcqhniques it helps to correct imbalanced throughout the body, and helps release blocked energy.

Reflexology has been proven to help migraine, arthritis, help with pain relief and reduce stress.  A treatment can help  increase energy levels, the release of endophins, improved circulation, a stronger immune system and a sense that the whole body is better balanced.

All our therapists are fully qualified and insured, we charge a fair price a 1Hr session normally £35.00, but book and pay for 3 sessions for a discounted rate of £80.00.   Discounts available for OAP's.  Please ring for details.
