About Grange And Walton Cottage

  • At The Grange and Walton Cottage we aim to provide a high standard of residential accommodation and health care services to people who have a learning disability
  • The Grange and Walton Cottage are situated in the small village of St Johns in Woking
  • We meet all of the standards outlined in the National Minimum Standards 2001 in accordance with staffing, buildings and the level of care that we provide to our service users
  • Through residents care plans we are able to determine what activities residents prefer and we also support our clients in finding new leisure and social activities and respect all religious beliefs
  • In both homes we are able to support clients with clear health needs such as Epilepsy, Autism, Diabetes, Mental Health needs and other associated illnesses or conditions
