Our no fuss collaborative approach is based on Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM). It’s a simple, highly-effective and non-bureaucratic approach adopted by companies worldwide who prefer delivery of results without all the fuss of some of the more bureaucratic PM methods and accreditations. However the approach is often used to breathe life into knowledge gained from formal PM methodologies such as Prince 2 and APMP.
We work with organisations to develop PM capability and competence through application and can also bespoke training packages; importantly our delegates actually apply the learning when back in the workplace.
