• Everyday Pilates offers 1:1 mat based Pilates tuition available on days and times to suit you, this unique service is tailored to individual needs allowing for maximum results and progression. Pilates helps to build core strength, improve stability,  coordination and provide balance between body and mind. Alternatively, share the cost and have fun by exercising with a small group of friends (max 4) this still allows for high levels instructor support.  We also offer specialist management of low back pain through gentle exercise, including  a postural assessment, identification of muscle imbalance and a bespoke programme of exercise and stretches. Our instructor Nicky is one of only 4 people in Devon who is qualified to offer exercise management of low back pain, she is an advanced level Pilates instructor and is recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals at level 4.
