EverEdge for the past 15 years
has been making changes to its edging range in a constant effort to improve
quality, versatility and market needs. A new coupling system has been
introduced for EverEdge’s Bespoke products now being fastened with two coach
bolts at each end. The coach bolts have a finish to match the edging whether it
be hot dip galvanised, mild steel, stainless steel, or painted.
Each edging strip has one end
with a formed 45° kink in it and the other, flat or unformed thus allowing a
clean overlap on the front face of the connection, doing away with unsightly
joints. This method allows quick and easy installation on site, a very strong
connection and makes bending to tight radii also straight forward. It should be
mentioned however that if a back-plate connecting system is required EverEdge
does also manufacture this too, for any thickness, but normally the thicker
gauges over 6 mm.
This new connecting system is
now in use right across the EverEdge Bespoke range from 150 to 300mm deep and
from 2.5mm to 6mm thick. As previous, this range is supplied as standard in
galvanised mild steel, painted and unpainted. However, as other materials have
become more popular with designers, EverEdge Bespoke can now be supplied in
untreated mild steel, Corten steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The Bespoke
products are being used increasingly in public parks, car parks, schools,
hospitals and other public projects.
EverEdge Bespoke is, by its
name, whatever you want it to be. If you have any edging requirements, EverEdge
can do it.
