The CMAS Data incident database is used to collate information on diving incidents around the world in the interests of diver safety. We invite all sport divers involved in any diving incident to record the details on this site. The information is recorded anonymously and in strictest confidence. The data is collated and used to identify any trends in dive related injuries, equipment failure, training or safe-diving driving practice and as such is invaluable to all training agencies, equipment manufacturers, insurers and anyone else wishing to make sport diving safer and enjoyable the world over
