I am an experienced and qualified counsellor offering confidential one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy to adults over the age of 18. I am a member of the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MBACP) which means you can have confidence that you will be provided with a safe, quality service.
Face-to-face counselling takes place at my office in the centre of Cardiff, and I also offer telephone and email counselling too.
Reductions are available for students or those on a low or limited income, and for trainee counselling students. Referrals are also accepted from Employee Assistance Programmes.
