5 week, 10 week and 1 day workshops in Beginners Courses in Complementary Therapies including Foot Reflexology, Hand Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Bach Flower Remedies, Understanding Crystals and Reiki attunements. We specialise in small class size for maximum learning with the emphasis on enjoyment while you learn. We are based different venues in Billericay and Hutton, Essex and courses are taught by experienced, qualified tutors.
We provide the first step for people wanting to find out more about therapies and teach the basic techniques to use them safely within the home on their friends and families. Because the courses are at introductory level we do not have the pressure of and exam syllabus so learning can be very much at the pace of the individual and incorporating individual needs.
Our courses are open to all post-16 and we usually have a good mix of male and female students of all ages which makes for a very broad spectrum of life experience to call on!

The added bonus of learning the hands-on therapies is that by partnering up for the practical work, our students also receive the therapies themselves each week so can chill-out and relax as well as learn a new skill.
