About Central Hypnotherapy

Chris Holmes is a Registered Senior Hypnotherapy Practitioner (GHR) and has been in full time practice since August 2000. He is Director of Central Hypnotherapy, a highly respected, well-established practice which often gets referrals from GPs and dental practices from all over the Greater Manchester region, particularly for smoking cessation which Chris normally expects to achieve in one session.
Also specialising in weight loss and food issues, phobias and anxiety or panic attacks, compulsive habits and emotional issues, Chris has recently developed excellent new methods to stop gambling habits, and drink and drug habits too.
As long ago as 1992, New Scientist magazine published an article which began with the words: "Hypnosis is the most successful method to give up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific survey into ways of breaking the habit..."
