Bramble Corner Traditional Toys in East Sussex is a toy shop which
encapsulates all that is wonderful about childhood. The display of
old-fashioned,beautifully made, quality toys immediately feeds the
imagination-entering is like stepping into a children's story.
Bramble Corner Traditional Toys was started in August 2004 and was
the brainchild of an enterprising Sussex couple, who were frustrated at
being unable to find quality presents for their children.
Bramble Corner Traditional Toys has featured in many national
magazines and was quoted in Country Living magazine to be "The Magic
Toyshop". It also recently featured in The Financial Times "How To Spend
It " magazine as The Cult Shop.
Bramble Corner's Traditional Toys products will also be used in this years new film The Nutcracker (In 3D).
We have even been seen on French television TF1.
At Bramble Corner, we have recognised that children love to mimic
adults, so we sell miniature kitchens with real cooking utensils, aprons
and chef’s hats and child-sized gardening tools, which can actually be
used on the vegetable patch.
But the greatest compliment is when children walk out of the door and
say: '''That was the best toy shop I’ve ever been to in my life,
Mummy,’”
