Beechlands Bed and Breakfast is an Edwardian house situated in the village of Sleights, just 3 miles from Whitby on the Yorkshire Coast.
We offer comfortable non-smoking rooms in our lovely B&B in Sleights, with complimentary hostess tray and colour TV. Our substantial breakfast includes fruit juice, various cereals, full English breakfast using fresh local products, plentiful tea or coffee and toast with a choice of preserves. In the village there are 2 pubs, a café, Butcher, Baker, General Store, Post Office, Fish & Chip Restaurant, and a popular garden centre with a riverside café. There is a bus stop and train station 5 minutes walk from the house, where there are regular services to Whitby, York and Middlesbrough.

With a beautiful National Park, there is plenty of wildlife, woodlands, streams, waterfalls, historic buildings and picturesque villages to discover. Beechlands is a good base to visit some of the beautiful places in the area. Days can be spent visiting coastal towns and villages: Whitby, Scarborough, Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay.
