Refurbishment and renovation building projects often present
the greatest challenges to the Base team but we are known to rise to the
occasion and have earned a reputation for completing contracted work to an
exceptional standard both within budget and within expected timescales. Historic restoration work features significantly
in our portfolio with some Grade II listed properties which have required
particularly sensitive handling both in relation to the original structural
features and, of course, the relevant local authority.
