Overview
Our Site Support Service involves a member of our technical team attending your site for a day
to assist and offer on site training to your own installers.
This is not a full installation service.
Its purpose is to support and assist the installers and
get the installation off to a flying start!
Programme
10:00am - Arrival on site and general introductions.
10:15 - 10:30 - Checking of delivered materials against the Bill of Materials and sorting into an organised manner. Explanation of purpose for each component. Walk-around with provided design layout drawings to ensure ease of installation and explain layout of ducting runs. Locating and mounting of the unit, silencers and external grilles in appropriate position.
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm - Lunch Period – General discussion time.
1:00 pm – 3:30 pm Assisting in the initial fitting of ducting runs, involving demonstration and explanation to the installers. Further explanation with regard to plumbing and electrical requirements. Explanation of fitting the register mounting frames and registers as required for 2 nd fix. Answering of any other queries. Hand- over of Site Support installation information pack.
