Alex Burns

I am a registered practitioner with over 25 years of experience of offering psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples. In therapy I help clients with issues such as depression, lack of self-esteem, anxiety, stress, difficulties in personal or work relationships, bereavement and loss. My approach is to offer a supportive, reflective space in which my clients may bring clarity and understanding to their concerns and possible resolutions to these issues. I am a former Director of Training at the Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies in London and am currently Director of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for the North West London Psychotherapy Centre based in Hampstead, London. My Rugby practice is based at the Brooke Centre in Regent St, which is within the town centre and a short walk from the railway station. Rugby is easily reached from around Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
