About A Star Home Inspector Ltd
A Star Home Inspector Ltd was set up in 2007 to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to the general public and to be included in Home Information Packs (HIPs). Since October 2008 EPCs have been required on Rental properties. A Star Home Inspector has produced over 1500 EPCs and takes pride in customer service and flexibility with appointments.
