About 4c Systems
4c Systems Ltd is an independent UK-owned company, formed in 2002 as the result of a management buy-out. We develop and deliver the 4c Project Portfolio, Resource and Project Management software application which includes 4c Timesheet for time and expense collection.
4c is used in a variety of industries including IT, financial services, engineering, and publishing. Our policy of continual improvement means that we regularly update it with new features, most of which are fully user-configurable.

Estimated and actual time, costs and charges collected at task level instantly roll up to the project and to the overall portfolio. As resources are assigned to projects, the resource pool is automatically updated, providing a constantly up-to-date forecast of resource utilisation.
You can sub-divide the portfolio into programmes and sub-programmes as required, while “Virtual Programmes” allow you to analyse the portfolio by user-defined project categorisation fields.
